As Roughan Chiropractic’s passionate and committed practice manager, Laura believes that health is the most valuable investment one can make every day. Laura’s journey into the healthcare profession began during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time that underscored the critical importance of health.

Chiropractic care has played a significant role in Laura’s life, providing relief from back pain, supporting pregnancy and post-partum recovery, and enhancing everyday functioning.
Education and Professional Development
Laura holds a Double Master’s in Science from the University of Canterbury, graduating in 2020. Committed to continuous improvement, Laura takes professional development and continuing education courses regularly.

Life Outside the Practice
Outside of work, Laura is a devoted wife and mum to a lively toddler and a playful Border Collie. Both keep Laura very busy, and the family loves spending time outdoors and exploring the beautiful country.
